Returns and Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns on unused items for 30 days after the receipt of the item. After 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Single use items such as targets and ammo cannot be returned.

To complete your return, please email us at sales@destinationtactical.com and we will provide a Return Authorization number. Returns without this cannot be processed.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless there is a warranty issue.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days of receipt of the item.

Late or missing refunds

Refund times can vary depending on your banking institution. If you haven’t received a refund after a few days of the refund receipt, please contact us at sales@destinationtactical.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. Almost all of our products are backed also by a manufacturer’s warranty, which varies depending on the brand. If you received a defective item, send us an email at sales@destinationtactical.com.

Return Process

To return your product, please contact us at sales@destinationtactical.com for a return authorization number and return shipping address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
